I love this picture because there’s so little there yet that’s what makes it beautiful and stand out in the night. I just wish I had a backlight on him because his back disappears a bit. I took this on the set of filming the Rally Scene for the short film, “BlackTop Rocket”.

This is a cute little follow-up to the previous picture I uploaded, “Birdie and Me”. In this picture however, the poor wheelchair is alone with a bunch of low rider cars. Oh no! It’s fine though, the wheelchair is fine :) We had to use the wheelchair for some dolly shots in the short film I’m working on, “BlackTop Rocket” directed by Alin Bui. I was delegate at the San Francisco Asian American Film Festival this year! It was simply amazing and I had the chance to go to the Opening Night party at the Asian Art Museum. The lights were so pretty upstairs in this room so I just had to take a picture. The Opening Night movie was Today’s Special starring Aasif Mandvi. Great movie! Everyone should watch it if they get the chance :]

This song is from the band Furniture, whose music starred in the Thai film Mudane History. I disliked it at first but recalling all the scenes in the movies, I’d have to say I definitely liked it.

My mom really like this picture because she think it’s cute with all the colorful umbrellas and t-shirts. Looking back, I really wish I took more pictures of the park in Tai Po. Gorgeous view and there’s so many people there who just hang out with their dogs. I wanna dog in Hong Kong now hahaha.

At the Castro Theater in SF! Gorgeous theater. I really love how the organ plays for about 5-10 minutes right before the show starts. Apparently, it’s a tradition at the Castro Theater so I’m definitely going to go to that theater more often.
